2020 Season of H.O.P.E.

Many many thanks to all our USHA families that gave generous donations of time, labor and money to help families in their local communities around the country for the 2020 Season of H.O.P.E.

USHA Dallas, TX – Angel Tree

Still Division Angel Tree. This year the Still Division sponsored 2 Single Moms for Christmas. It started with a wish list from both families. We put the wishes in the form of Angels. Every agent picked an Angel to sponsor. Because all of the overwhelming generosity of the Still Division, we tripled the list. Then we all came together to wrap all of the gifts. I am proud to say that when we delivered the gifts to the families, there was not a dry eye in the church. Thank you Debbie Hodge for allowing us to help these 2 beautiful families. Thank you Teaira DeCiantis Still for all of your leadership and thank you to the Still Division gents for helping with the mission of H.O.P.E.

USHA Coral Springs – Boys and Girls Club of Broward

Giving back and spreading #hope is our mission! We’re so grateful to have been able to team up with The Boys and Girls Club of Broward! There will be extra smiles this year for the families we were able to serve.

USHA Norcross, GA – North Gwinnett Co-op

Very gratifying last couple of weeks for The Force Norcross Division. Continuing our mission of HOPE, Helping Other People Everyday. First, the leadership team got together and sponsored a mother and her two boys living in their car. Along with the North Gwinnett Co-op we were able to get the three of them into a rental home and furnish the place with kitchen supplies, cleaning supplies and overall necessities they needed. Second, with the entire team’s help we were able to sponsor 22 children for Christmas. Each child will have an extra special Christmas because of the generosity of all involved. Clothes, toys, shoes, school supplies and more. Santa will be very good to them this Christmas. Third, we were able to chip in and contribute to the Santa shop where roughly 600 kids will be able to have a nice Christmas as well. The entire team also took part to purchase toys, clothes, shoes, games bicycles and much more. Last and certainly not least, we collected cans goods and dry goods for the pantry. The team over the last several weeks brought in all kinds of food items for the center to feed families through the Holidays. Our team always enjoys this time of year where we can take the time to give back and help those in our community. #HOPE #BLESSED #USHA

USHA Fort Lauderdale, FL – SoFlo Toy Drive

Round 1 of @usha_soflo toy drive is almost complete! Knowing several less fortunate kids will now have a gift to open on Christmas is a large part of why I love what I do. #hope #usha #giveback

USHA North Houston, TX – Camp Hope

Kahil Division continues to focus on our Mission of (HOPE) Helping Other People Everyday in our local community. This month the Team pulled together and donated vital necessities for the patrons of Camp Hope. Camp Hope Provides a safe space for the Veteran/victims of trauma and post-traumatic stress in which to experience healing. There is no other location like it in the United States, and to date over 1,348 Veterans have graduated from the Camp Hope program. Thank you team for your contributions and continuing to care for others.

USHA North Austin, TX – Brown Santa

What an pleasure and honor to help with collecting toys for Brown Santa again this year. Lots of toys collected…Brown Santa, named for the color ( Brown) the Sheriff department wears, will help over 2,000 families outside of Austin city limits this year.. food for the families and Christmas presents each for children 14 and under..the warehouse this year would not of happen with out the generous help of HEB, a Texas grocery store.

USHA Phoenix, AZ – H.E.L.P & R.E.A.C.H

Phoenix Division doing our part to help and to serve! Happy Holidays!  HELP Adopted 74 Families this year. Delivering the goods is amazing to see the joy brought to so many that have been hit hard this year. H.E.L.P. and R.E.A.C.H. programs are amazing and their founder Dawn Marie Rapaport and her husband Michael deserves a lot of the credit. Proud to be a small part of their organization.

USHA Hurst, TX – Community Storehouse

HOPE It is so nice to see the Schmitt Division pull together and help donate food to Community Storehouse. It has been such a crazy 2020 and there are so many families that needed our help and I really appreciate you all taking the time to Help Other People Everyday but especially during our Record Breaking Week.

We are winning, helping and serving on and off the “field”

Proud of you all, Thank you and Congrats again!

USHA Tampa, FL – A Kids Place

TEAM LEGACY GIVES BACK! All of team Legacy came together to support A Kids Place. A local organization that gives back to kids that are within foster care. We got them everything from stocking stuffers for the youngins- to apartment needs for the older ones moving out on their own!  toys, plates, laundry care, scooters, and Buddy the Elf cannot contain his excitement to spread #HOPE. Lose yourself within the service of others. My pastor shared with me, that if one family in each church across America took in one foster child, there would be no foster children in the system. That’s an astounding statistic.

No matter what your life looks like today, please remember how precious life is. We are approaching the finale of one of the most interesting years…Life is so precious…family is precious..goals are precious..life and all it’s ups and downs are PRECIOUS!! And this season is more about reflecting on your blessings and paying it forward.

So grateful for this team and all that we have accomplished this year, all the lives we have been able to touch and change, I’m looking forward to doing even bigger and better things next year!

USHA North Austin, TX – Hope Alliance

Mistell & Jimmy Weaver with Hope Alliance. So happy to spread our mission of HOPE to such a great organization as Hope Alliance. We were able to adopt a family of 4 this year.

USHA Sarasota, FL – SCSO Toy Drive

So cool to see so many donations from our office. This year our agents and leaders came up with $10,500 to help abused and neglected kids in our area. We know the Sheriff’s office is a wonderful partner and know exactly where to put this donation to use. Thank you to everyone involved.

Living out HOPE! Proud to be a part of an amazing team and being able to partner with our local sheriff’s department. This is what it’s all about!

Sarasota County (FL) Sheriff’s Office is feeling honored.

Dec 07, 2020

THIS JUST IN: Our Monday morning kicked off with quite the surprise (and maybe even a few tears) as we were presented with a check for $10,500 for the SCSO 4th Annual Holiday Toy Drive. You read that right – ten thousand and five hundred dollars all for the purchase of toys for children in our community who have been pulled from their homes due to abuse and neglect. This check was very generously donated by George Priolovos and his team at US Health Advisors GP Region in Sarasota. To say we are beside ourselves would be an understatement. When we started this initiative four years ago, we had no idea the impact it would make and now here we are, overwhelmed with gratitude, humility, and $10,500 that will change the course of this year’s holiday for hundreds of deserving children. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!
