USHA’s Montague Region had a wonderful time carrying out our Mission of HOPE by supporting the Jamie Tanner Family. Jamie is one of our recruiters. Her son Easton has spina bifida and uses a wheelchair to do all the things that little boys like to do, such as play sports and fish. We even have a video of Easton jumping out of his wheelchair (and taking out the pitcher) so he can slide into second base at a baseball game this summer. During our regional meeting on Friday, we had a “dial-a-thon” of sorts and collected over $7,000 in donations from our agents within 5 minutes to buy a new wheelchair for Easton. Thanks to our wonderful agents for donating!

Since early 2020, our healthcare heroes Doctors, Nurses and Caregivers have tirelessly worked around the clock aiding those who contracted CV19.
We at USHEALTH Clearwater office wanted to show our gratitude to all the frontline workers and since one of our leaders Timothy Pease mentioned he had a close friend who works at Tampa General Hospital (TGH) who made contact and asked what we can do to say thank you for all their outstanding work.
They asked if we could provide lunch and we were more than happy oblige. Our entire team raised money to buy them lunch, drinks and snacks to all the staff at TGH and we expressed our gratitude for all the work they have done and continue to do. We were not allowed inside the hospital, but we were more than happy to meet with a Dr and Nurse and thank them for their heroism.
We want to also thank our incredible CEO and the entire home office leadership team at USHEALTH for creating a culture in our company empowered by purpose in putting others before ourselves. We are blessed to be a part of this great American company we will continue with our mission of a monthly act of kindness.
I also want to give a huge shout out to all my team members who helped with ideas, time as well as their donations, your generosity is appreciated.
